• all items will be shipped within 5-10 business days after processing time. Orders are only shipped Mon-Fri unless you’ve chosen next day shipping option.
• please remember all handmade items are very delicate however if you receive your item already broken I will send you the same item free of charge. Please keep in account the processing time.
• no refunds or exchanges due to hygiene.
• if you have not received your item/ shipping information within that time frame please contact your local post office. If they have not received information on your order please contact me via email and I will respond asap.
• if your item is unclaimed and sent back to me I will notify you and reship the item with shipping at your expense.
• please keep all jewelry away from moisture, make up & other metals. to keep mirror earrings clean; use windex & cloth.
